Meanwhile nobody would have noticed if men with long hair, women with short hair, people with tattoos and body piercings have ever had much trouble getting or keeping jobs. Most of us see plenty of such people with good paying jobs at every place of work or commerce.
If there is such a thing as “gender-reassignment surgery” to which any human being would willingly consent, I simply don’t believe it.
