Domestic civilian gun control and military management of dishonorable discharges all rickrolled into one system

Gun control is dishonorable. Oh, did I tell you it's dishonorable? That's on your record. You're never ever going to get that stuff off your record at the Department of the Navy even if you're a civilian and you've never been in the Navy.

There are actually U.S. military veterans who are not permitted to possess or carry firearms as hard as that may be to believe. No award or recognition of any kind for military service can possibly be considered “honorable” to a veteran who is placed on ATF's infamous list of “prohibited persons” for some reason or another or because of some technicality or obscure twisted legal interpretation or other such obnoxious service of process in court without any due process of law.

Identification of Prohibited Persons

How gun control actually works

Identify Prohibited Persons | Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), makes it unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess firearms or ammunition, to include any person: convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year; who is a fugitive from justice; who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled

The very idea that veterans could possibly be free on the streets but for some reason or another not permitted to possess or carry firearms is laughably absurd and wholly dishonorable on its face.

Veterans who have been in combat and returned home to civilian neighborhoods usually have some informal role keeping the peace in their hometown communites. Many veterans are older men who are very capable of negotiating and dealing with very dangerous or potentially violent individuals, and assessing threats to their communities, and some actually work as civilian police officers.

The conspiracy theory that best explains this phenomenon is that of a drunken Navy cop who somethow got hold of an arbitrary govenrment list of “violent persons” and rolled it all into one full-blown military system of managing an effective probation and parole for goverment management of dishonorably discharged military personnel.

National Instant Criminal Background Check System Improvement Amendments Act of 2007

NICS Act Record Improvement Program (NARIP)
The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Act Record Improvement Program (NARIP) was originally authorized under the NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 (NIAA), P.L. 110-180. The NIAA was enacted in the wake of the April 2007 shooting tragedy at Virginia Tech. The Virginia Tech shooter was able to purchase firearms from an FFL because information about his prohibiting mental health history was not available to the NICS, and the system was therefore unable to deny the transfer of the firearms used in the shootings.

Both the NCHIP and NARIP were reauthorized under Title VI (Fix NICS Act) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018 (P.L. 115-141).

Emphasis added to indicate language that will get any lawyer permanently disbarred in court in any sane legal system.

The naming of this piece of offensive legislation is curious, because “NCIS” stands for “Naval Criminal Investigative Service” with a rather broad and vague cross-border international jurisdictional authority over U.S. subjects, and it would be highly specious of them to deny their involvement in unconstitutional domestic gun control programs or the management of arbitary government lists of prohibited persons. (Is there an oath of enlistment or office in the Navy? And what is the name of that particular service within the Navy being used for outside the Navy with a slightly altered spelling?)

Dig a little bit deeper, and the NCIS/NICS relationship is much more than a mere coincidence. The missing link is called “LInX” for “Law Enforcement Information Interchange.” So, the operation of NICS is indeed controlled and coordinated through NCIS.

LInX - the Law Enforcement Information Exchange

Introduction and Overview

LInX -  the Law Enforcement Information Exchange  -  is an advanced information sharing system and analytical data warehouse containing information from participating state and local law enforcement agencies located within the a regional LInX system.  LInX is a joint initiative sponsored by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) of the U.S. Department of the Navy, and various regional and local law enforcement agencies located throughout the nation.

Open admission of fraternization and involvement of higher military ranks in low-ranking or simulated legal services and obnoxious service of process by serious organized criminal entities.

Restrictions on the Use of LInX Data

The data from the LInX system is not considered, and should not be used for, original documentation for probable cause from any participating agency.  Use of the data is controlled by the LInX Rules of Operation for each regional LInX system. Contact your system administrator for a copy.

Another admission that the system contains nothing original, but only copies of criminal charges and ongoing investigative documents many of which are forged, reproduced in altered form and/or have already been thrown out of court.

Secret surveillance methods allow law enforcement to spy without accountability to courts or voters. And with parallel construction, information obtained in unconstitutional ways can be used to put people behind bars.

Logging into LInX

Access to LInX is via the login screen. A valid user ID and password are required to log into the system.  When a user first logs in, the default screen presentation is in Day Mode.  The user may choose to directly login in Night Mode by checking the Night Mode box. Additional information about Day / Night Mode can be found further along in this discussion.

Yet another admission of treason and refusal to secure government systems and slander sheets on citizens from general internet access.
