Got a warrant for that, Mister?

Sorry, kids. I can’t give you a ride. Do you want to be kidnapped? Don’t hitchhike and don’t accept rides from strangers! This town really isn’t the safest place to be walking home on your own!

Kaine Villarreal, 19, and Lane Burch, 18, both residents of Kyle, Texas, were arrested on charges of terroristic threats last Wednesday. The pair allegedly asked a 7 and 9-year-old walking home from school if they “wanted to be kidnapped.” ... The creepy comments spooked the kids, who quickly contacted their parents to let them know about the strange encounter.

The teenagers allegedly asked the little kids if they wanted to be kidnapped. The kids allegedly told their parents. The parents allegedly told the cops that whatever the teenagers allegedly said to the kids was creepy, which allegedly spooked the kids, according to their parents, who obviously weren’t there at the time.

There is simply nothing worth a warrant to the whole story.

It’s that bourgeois suburban “situation” again where it probably isn’t very safe for 7 and 9-year-old kids to walk home from school by themselves, but the real problem is more likely the overwhelmingly strong, ardent and incessant desire of gay male cops for a couple pieces of young-as-possible adult ass to play with in their adult county jail. Just for fun.
