Judges don’t run the Treasury

The President does, according to the Constitution.

The fact that Presidential authority over vital matters might be interrupted, even for a minute, by any arbitrary ruling from any federal judge of any district court, is a serious weakness and breach of our Constitutional form of government in favor of the serious organized criminal Mob rule which has taken over many if not most of our courts.

Federal judge blocks Elon Musk’s DOGE access to critical Treasury payment system | CNN Politics
A federal judge, citing a risk of “irreparable harm,” early Saturday temporarily restricted Elon Musk’s government efficiency team from accessing a critical Treasury Department payment system.
No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.
...
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
...
... he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

That federal judge and his associates robbing the Treasury from the bench are in breach of the Consitution of the United States.

US District Judge Paul Engelmayer ordered the destruction of any downloaded information from the payment system by anyone given access to it since January 20, citing “the risk that the new policy presents of the disclosure of sensitive and confidential information and the heightened risk that the systems in question will be more vulnerable than before to hacking.”

Any interpretation of orders from judges needs to be more carefully limited and restricted at all times to the proper jurisdiction and authority of such orders, and entrenched Mafia Democrat Party officials who welcome arbitrary court rulings out of their jurisdiction need to be ousted from power so that law and order may be restored to the executive branch of government with the proper Constitutional authority.
