Police brutality and corruption
The grinch that stole Christmas
It is when illiterate, deaf and dumb, violent and brutish thugs are hired by pimps and procurators to enforce the “law” when all respect for it as such becomes a lost cause, because once enough officers are entrenched in such positions of power to unionize with the Teamsters and collectively “bargain” with their firearms for wages and benefits, what they enforce against us has nothing to do with law at all, but it is only unwritten mob rules and unspoken mafia codes of omertà that they enforce against the people and against the innocent ones, when the cops seize our guns and knives in order to achieve their goals and objectives of pillage and plunder, drug dealing, vice and organized crime under color of law.
Britannica: police brutality in the United States
“police brutality in the United States, the unwarranted or excessive and often illegal use of force against civilians by U.S. police officers. Forms of police brutality have ranged from assault and battery (e.g., beatings) to mayhem, torture, and murder. Some broader definitions of police brutality also encompass harassment (including false arrest), intimidation, and verbal abuse, among other forms of mistreatment.”
Our precious Bill of Rights, including our inestimable right to bear arms privately on our own behalf, is molding and decaying in the custody of the National Archives, where only a poor and illegible image of it is to be had, and over the years the courts have collectively bargained the powerful, clear and compelling language of our founding fathers into meaningless pablum subject to arbitrary legislation, rulemaking, and executive enforcement without Constitutional authority.
Are we getting any help from the FBI in the constant war on police brutality that we must wage at all costs in order to stay alive? Are those that watch the watchers cracking down on corrupt cops? To some degree, but only grudgingly, it appears.
Does the FBI investigate graft and corruption in local government and in state and local police departments?
“Yes. The FBI uses applicable federal laws, including the Hobbs Act, to investigate violations by public officials in federal, state, and local governments. A public official is any person elected, appointed, employed, or otherwise having a duty to maintain honest and faithful public service. Most violations occur when the official solicits, accepts, receives, or agrees to receive something of value in return for influence in the performance of an official act. The categories of public corruption investigated by the FBI include legislative, judicial, regulatory, contractual, and law enforcement.”
How does the FBI protect the civil rights of people in the United States?
“The FBI investigates violations of federal civil rights statutes and supports the investigations of state and local authorities in certain cases. Federal civil rights violations fall into several categories: hate crimes motivated by bias against such characteristics as race, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation; color of law crimes involving law enforcement and related criminal justice professionals’ misuse of their right to discretion, such as use of excessive force or police misconduct; involuntary servitude or slavery; violations of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act; the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act; the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act; and violations of human trafficking statutes included as part or the Trafficking Victims Protection Rights Act. The FBI’s civil rights investigations are separate from Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations, although EEOC regulations are enforced within the agency.”
Emphasis ours, of course, and that is key, even with the FBI. There is simply too much police brutality and corruption at play, with the Democrat Party pablum to support business as usual for the Mob. So whether it’s “Black Lives Matter” or “Blue Lives Matter,” black thugs or white thugs, thugs open breaking the law, or thugs purporting to enforce the law, while actually breaking it themselves and getting away with it, it’s all the same thuggish disorderly and mobbish law enforcement violence under control of that same political party.
